Call us at 614-735-7300 or complete the “Contact Us Form” on this site. We will be glad to send you complete information on pool models, prices and list of references.

  1. Consultation-We provide a free on-site consultation. During the visit, we can talk to you in-depth about pool models and lot configurations. Keep in mind that we build complete backyards so we can help you plan, design and construct all the elements around your pool from decks, fencing, outdoor kitchens, patios, landscaping, custom lighting and water features.

  2. Proposal-The proposal will outline in detail the cost as well as the components of your pool/spa purchase, additional builds required for the site, as well as any recommended electrical and mechanical equipment and features that can enhance your pool experience.

  3. Purchase Agreement-Details the final decisions on the cost and elements of what will be installed and constructed at your home.

  4. Pre-Construction-During this phase, we will take care and process all the necessary paperwork and obtain the permits for the construction of your pool. Permits and approvals vary by neighborhood and county and may include but not limited to Home Owners Associations (HOAs), utility company and county construction permits.

  5. Construction-Your construction project manager is your main contact during this phase. He will keep you apprised of the progress as well as any issues during the construction of your pool. He will coordinate all aspects of construction from excavation and pool delivery, and all the way to final inspections.

  6. Pool 101-This is the final phase of your project. We will walk you through the care of your pool: pool care, chemical treatment, and any pool automation equipment.
